Melissa ROCKS!!

My friend Melissa from Babycenter is awesome- she is giving away a free $15 Giftcard to CVS on her blog. If you spend wisely that could last you at least 6 months. Or you could splurge on something that never goes on sale. She said if I posted about it on my blog I could get another chance to win. I totally want free CVS money!

And look at me, I rock- 3 posts in one day!

Now to change the layout...

And one handsome picture of Ernie is his new suit!

This is what Bargain Hunting and Stockpiling can do for you!

So I've really been using coupons and watching sales for about 1 year. This is not all the stuff I even have. I have many more diapers and Health and beauty stuff boxed away. Just wanted to brag a bit!

And here is my favorite brag! What a cutie. Playing guitar and singing- a talented girl!

Will you be my valentine?

Well- I'm not sure I can get this any bigger. But if you look close you can see that Abby has lost 2 of her teeth!! Anyway here is promotion too cute to pass up, and easy as pie!

Thanks to Heather at Freebies 4 Mom for the scoop on this!

Stories for Everyone currently has a promotion that will allow you to order six (cute!) photo Valentines- free shipping included.

Here's how to order your free cards:

1. Visit Stories for Everyone (I had trouble with the site in Firefox, but IE worked perfectly.)

2. Click on "Create Your Valentines Now".

3. Select your design. I picked the cupcake picture that says "You're Sweet".

4. Follow the site's instructions to upload your photo and create your card.

5. Once you've created your Valentines, proceed to check out. Order a set of 6 valentines.

6. When you get to the page with your order total, look for the box that says "Have a coupon?" Enter the word valentine, then recalculate your order total.

7. Continue through checkout, entering both a billing and shipping address.

8. When prompted for credit card information, just click "Submit your order", leaving the credit card fields blank.

The funny things Abby says

Well I keep forgetting to post all the funny things my girl has been saying- and believe me there are a ton of them. She's a silly girl. But I have 2 I do want to post...

Last night as I was grating cheese for enchiladas she wanted to help. I let her grate some cheese, when she was done she started to take a bite out of the cheese. I told her I didn't know what household she grew up in where it was okay to bite cheese from the block, she replied, "yes you do, Grandpa Bob's house". FTR- Grandpa Bob does not bite cheese from the cheese block.

Today when she came home from school she said, "Guess what mom, President Monson moved out and we have a new President, we watched it down in the library today and the singer was terrible" I had to explain the different Presidents to her- and the terrible singer comment just made me laugh.

hotSACKS

I like to visit this blog JANE4girls $800 annual budget and she is having a giveaway for these reusable bags called hotSACKS! I've been trying to use my reusable bags for about a year now. I feel it's a small thing we can do to help our environment, and keep clutter out of our house. These bags are really cute, and the best part for me is the meshy hotSACKS. I never know what to do with produce, so I often will put them all in the same bag or not use any at all. The cashiers don't like that too much.

Anyway, go check it out and enter yourself- you never know, you may just win.

A BIG announcement!

So just in case you haven't heard- we are having a baby and we just found out she's a GIRL!!!

I thought for sure I would want to tell everyone and the world when I found out, but I didn't. I had already had 2 miscarriages and was scared. Then after things were more comfortable, it felt weird to tell others. Here I am, almost 20 weeks now and making my first blog post.

For those who want to know the details- after my surgery I had another miscarriage. So the next month we did the same routine- Femara 5 mgs for 5 days, US to check on my follicles, and a trigger shot to release the eggs. What we added was progesterone which is a natural hormone that your body needs to sustain a pregnancy and WAHOO- it worked! We have a due date of May 22- and everything looks perfect and great right now!
