Coupon Tragedy!

This week at Walgreen's there is a pretty good deal on Huggies diapers. When you buy $25 worth of diapers/wipes you get back $10 Register reward (good on your next purchase). When you combined these with coupons printed from coupons.com (a $5 and $3 coupon- which you could print twice from each computer- and we have 2 computers) and a $1 Walgreens coupon found in a coloring book, you were looking at some pretty cheap diapers.

Well not me, anymore. After I cut out the coupons and was ready to go shopping this morning I found that some water had been spilled on the table, right where my coupons were. I guess it's not a TOTAL TRAGEDY. I was able to print 8 coupons before (they reset the limits, so I had 16 total). So instead of getting 12 packs of diapers and 4 large things of wipes, I'll be getting 4 packs of diapers and 4 large things of wipes.

Just a heads up- CVS has this same deal coming up pretty soon- the week of April 5th. Maybe I'll be able to print some more before then...

Diaper Discount anyone?

Okay, I'm going to share some of my good bargains with you. There is a sale this week at Target on Pampers, the big box is 19.99, and when you buy 2 you get a $5 gift card. That alone is not that great of of deal, but when you combine with the coupons I have- voila- a good deal. Here's the lowdown.

2 Boxes Pampers 19.99 each
2 180 count wipes 5.99 each (I think...)

$51.96 plus tax

-$2/2 pampers coupon
-$2/2 pampers coupon
-$5 Target coupon when you buy diapers and 180 or more count wipes
-$5 Target coupon when you buy diapers and 180 or more count wipes

Total: $37.96 and then you get a $5 Target gift card for your next purchase (a $19 dollar savings)

Now I haven't really bought diapers for awhile, but MY PEOPLE tell me this is a good deal for 2 boxes of diapers and 2 large things of wipes!

At Target you can use both a regular coupon and a Target only coupon

So my local Cleveland friends, does anyone want my coupons to buy themselves some diapers. I would love the deal but really can't justify spending $30 on diapers. The sale ends on Saturday, so you must be able to go this week. Either call or email me if you are interested!

I only have 2 $2/2 pampers coupons but several more $5 Target coupons.

Walgreens is soo cool this week!

6 Pro-Health toothpastes
1 Febreeze Plug in
2 Charmin Wipes
1 Venus Razor
2 Herbal Essences Shampoo/Conditioner
1 clearanced lipstick
1 pack M&M's
All this for .17 out of my pocket and $9.89 on a rebate giftcard. Plus I still have $16 Walgreen Dollars to spend and I'll send in for a free pedicure with the Herbal Essence. I used a coupon for everything except the M&M's, and I had to buy those to make me in the positive.
Bargain Shopping is good to me.

More good deals...

Cranium Adventures I got this at Target for $14.98, orig $59.99
Abby has already enjoyed hours of fun! All the pieces are
magnetic and you can build and rebuild different clubhouses

I got this one for $6.98, orig $29.99
The pieces are the same so you can add the two (or more)
together for a really fun time! (don't mind my messy house,
most of the stuff on the floor is from my shopping trip!)

I also got tons of other stuff on clearance- a lot of sporting goods stuff. I used to think Target was too expensive until I started shopping their clearance stuff.

I got of few good things at Walmart- but nothing superbly worth mentioning.

And my grocery shopping bill was $242, then came advantage card, then coupons equals $134- a 44% savings. Did I tell everyone I LOVE COUPONS! (and bargain hunting too)

ps. my spell check is not working, so if I misspell anything kindly disregard it.
